Birthday Brunch Marred by Rude Hostess – We tried a Saturday brunch at Seven 30 South to celebrate some family birthdays. The omelettes, eggs benedict, etc. that we ordered were fine--nothing extraordinary, but fine for brunch fare. I personally appreciated that they had a Gluten Free menu. However, in all of our interactions with the hostess, she was terse, sullen, and unprofessional. First, no one was at the hostess podium when we arrived, so a man in the bar area greeted us and started to seat us. The hostess arrived as h... read more

Great Neighborhood Restaurant! – Seven 30 South is a excellent restaurant! The menu is so diverse I can get something different every time and I have never been disappointed. From daily fish or meat specials, pastas, large salads, sandwiches, burgers, they have it all. The Brunch on Saturday and Sunday is one of the best in town. They also have a great Happy Hour. Brian and Mel are two of the best bartenders around. They are always friendly and helpful to everyone. This place is great for all ages. They accommodate families ... read more

Crying Infants at bar during Happy Hour – The title says it all for the crying kids in the bar. Is it even legal to have kids in a bar area? Crying infants are not the way to relax with a drink after work.............. Bartenders show preference and new customers are last to be served. This is an OLDER CROWD(50+) of regulars and the bartenders cater to them vs welcoming new customers.

Pretty good – My boyfriend and I came here about 2 weeks ago. We were looking for something casual, but nice. After reading the reviews and checking out the menu (not to mention that their web site had a coupon for $20 off of a bottle of wine...) we decided that it would be a good place to go. When we first walked in there was no one at the hostess stand. One gal, who I suppose was the hostess, kept running around all crazy. When the wait staff would approach her she would snap at them and say she didn't have any menus, etc.... read more

Don't eat the tomato basil soup – I had high expectations for this restaurant after checking out all the reviews. I am a vegetarian, and unfortunately there were not many vegetarian-friendly items on the menu. So I decided to choose the tomato basil soup, which I normally love and it's usually hard to do wrong. But this was by far the WORST tomato basil soup I've ever had, and I am not a picky eater. It tasted like watered-down tomato paste from a can. If you want good tomato basil soup, get the bisque at Safeway instead. On... read more

My Favorite Denver Place – Prices range from a $8 burger to a $23 steak, so there was something for everyone on the menu. I ended up getting the fish and chips, which was delicious. They let me switch out the coleslaw and french fries for cottage cheese and white rice. Service was extremely fast and friendly. I'll definitely eat here again the next time I make it out to Denver. Well worth the price.

Fabulous! – My grandma took me here for the first time today and I loved it! It's a cross between the Cherry Creek Grille and the Wash Park Grille, only brighter and more casual...kind of a lunch version of two of my favorite restaurants. I loved the exposed brick and the dark wood. The bread and pesto dip was absolutely divine, as was the chicken burrito I ordered. I bumped into some old friends on the way out, which was a lovely surprise and made me feel right at home. They told me that it was one of their favorite lunch r... read more

Fun Happy Hour – Absolutely outstanding food. Great variety on the menu and friendly service. Atmosphere is classy, fun and romantic. Parking can be tricky, but any wait is worth it.

Comfort food at comforting prices – I can never figure out what to order at this warm & inviting local restaurant. I beg my fellow diners to order different things so I can spoil my taste buds with all of the melt in my mouth tidbits. I use my selling techniques to convince each person that they have to try the eggplant, the burger, fish & chips, chicken pot-pie and lobster quesadillas....mmmmmmmm.....the service has always been impecable and the prices are very reasonable. The portions are enough for leftovers and usually t... read more
