I had a great experience selling my house with realtor Matt Douglas at 72Sold. He was great at helping stage the house, many showings that he always scheduled in advance and when first 2 contracts fell through due to buyer finance issues he was able to secure third contract in 3 days which insured that the house I had a contingency contract on was able to go through as planned.
