We are new to Soo and fortunately we approached the CLV group to search a rental apartment for us. The customer care coordinator we met (Shannon Jackson) is a very warm and wonderful person who made us feel welcome and at home immediately. She made time for us in her busy schedule and we were able to move into our new home very quickly. We heartily thank CLV group and Shannon for their cooperation and help.

We moved in on April 20th and we have been so impressed with the CLV Group and their staff. They are extremely helpful and accomodating. Brittany was amazing with all the communication before renting and made she we had everything we needed. Dawn is also very friendly and super helpful as well! Very happy so far!
I"ve been living in my apartment for over 17 1/2 years now; since CLV Group took over as property management, I am finally finding there is more organization; better service; better communication; my needs are being met as quickly as requested; There are still glitches, but what a difference.
