⭐☆☆☆☆ This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. On the very first day we moved in, we discovered that the apartment had a severe cockroach infestation. There were cockroaches everywhere, and it was obvious this apartment had not been properly treated before we moved in. We reported the problem immediately and submitted a pest control request on our first day. We were told that pest control would come the following week on Monday. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Got the chance to take a tour and love the unit I was showed. 1 bedroom and 1 bath for 756 Sq. Ft. At around $2000 month with wifi,water, washer and dryer, and other amenities included.
First timer here and I must say I’m impressed by the staff thank you Diana Tiana Lisandra you guys are wonderful and made the process amazing so far I have a beautiful apartment no noise no pest no leaks no issues and cold ac on top off the beautiful pool 24 hr gym n maintenance n also lake view I’m impressed because I first thought no down payment or deposit meant it would be ghetto but I was wrong! Thank You Spectra I highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot in the Tamarac area!
