Maintenance does sloppy work screen was to be repaired. They just globed Caulking for bathtub on hole. Looks disgusting and insects are still coming in.
Just came for a tour. This community is beautiful and exactly what I’m looking for. If you’re looking for a 2 bedroom with a backyard, this is the place to go. Loved it and can’t wait to get my keys!!
If you want to see a beautiful apartment home, please visit and speak with Diana. She was amazing and very informative! Also, upon waiting the other leasing staff, Lizandra and Tiana were super generous offering water and asking if I needed anything. I applied today and can’t wait to move in!
I’m very happy to live at Spectra at Tamarac. The staff is always willing to help the residents and make sure we feel supported. Diana, Tiana, and Lisandra are very kind, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we need something. I truly appreciate everything they do for the community and I’m happy to call Spectra at Tamarac my home!
