72 Park is a beautiful, brand-new building in Miami Beach. The location is perfect — in a quieter area but still just minutes from all the action. My unit had stunning views, and the pool was a true highlight, especially at sunset. Everything felt fresh and modern, the staff was welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. It was the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return!

This hotel was immaculate! The guest was extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. The all-around experience was phenomenal! I will most definitely be back.
We spent a weekend in unit 1106 at 72 Park and had such a great time. The first thing you notice when you walk in are the gorgeous views, which honestly made it hard to leave the apartment. The pool area is amazing, super relaxing, and definitely one of the highlights of the building. I also really liked the business center, it’s a beautiful and comfortable spot if you need to get some work done or just want a quiet space. Another huge plus is the location.
