I contacted 72 Hour Blind Factory of Gainesville to repair a horizontal window blind less than two years old. It was from Blinds.com. The chord was fraying. I talked to Chris at 72 Hour Blinds. After seeing the pictures he said he could fix it. Chris is professional at the same time very pleasant and friendly. He replaced the chord and now the blinds operate smoothly. We have 3 fantastic new blinds installed by 72 hour. They are on our back porch facing an obnoxious construction site. One is 12 ft and two are 25 ft They are electric operated and a breeze to operate Chris did a professional and quality job We highly recommend them
After reading the reviews we decided to use them and have been very disappointed. Kris seems to show up when he wants to and leave when he wants to. One of the shades has a giant hole which he did not notice. One Two of the shades were installed crooked which he also did not notice. We were not told any instructions on how to program the digital shades, change batteries, etc. We were left ONE stick to bring up and down the shades for the entire house. I've been working with 72 hour Blinds for 25 years. They are terrific. Blue will help you with all kinds of things pertaining to window treatments. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, honest and very nice.
I highly recommend 72 Hour Blind Factory. Blue, the owner, is professional, very careful, and has a great aesthetic. I got new blinds in our kitchen and bedroom after installing new windows. Blue also helped with a manufacturing issue, got replacement blinds, and repaired a new blind that WE broke. He’s the best!
