After reading the reviews we decided to use them and have been very disappointed. Kris seems to show up when he wants to and leave when he wants to. One of the shades has a giant hole which he did not notice. One Two of the shades were installed crooked which he also did not notice. We were not told any instructions on how to program the digital shades, change batteries, etc. We were left ONE stick to bring up and down the shades for the entire house. I've been working with 72 hour Blinds for 25 years. They are terrific. Blue will help you with all kinds of things pertaining to window treatments. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, honest and very nice.
I highly recommend 72 Hour Blind Factory. Blue, the owner, is professional, very careful, and has a great aesthetic. I got new blinds in our kitchen and bedroom after installing new windows. Blue also helped with a manufacturing issue, got replacement blinds, and repaired a new blind that WE broke. He’s the best!

Five stars don't do justice to this business! I called for an estimate to replace my broken blinds. Instead the owner suggested I bring in my old blinds so he could check if he could fix it. He fixed my old blinds within a few minutes, explained in detail how to re-install it, AND he didn't charge me anything. I could not allow him to earn nothing for his expertise and advice so I left a few dollars on his desk against his will. This man is a saint.
