Thank you Steve and Kyle for coming to install new A/C at our home. Steve and Kyle are on time. Doing an Amazing Job more than I expect. Erin customer service was very nice to talk to and help out. They are caring what they do. After they finished installing, they clean their working area like nobody never been there. I will use 72 Degrees in the future again and will refer 72 Degrees HVAC to friends if they need to install new Furnace or Air conditioning. Appreciate. Von.
Great sales experience, Aaron was knowledgeable and explained options well. Purchased a furnace, install went smoothly, team was here on time and completed the work quickly. We had an issue with the furnace, it developed a whine and would hardly blow in fan mode. The team took care of us and got everything sorted, ultimately swapping out the unit. The experience was great. Team knocked out the install and everything is running perfectly. Will be calling the 72 team when we're ready to buy a new AC.

He came out on a Saturday morning first thing and gave me honest feedback, a little education and a fair quote for what I asked for. I decided to get a new furnace and air conditioner..both 25 yrs old. I met first with Keith to discuss what I need and of course, prices. All of my questions were answered and options were given. The new units were installed today by Josiah and Pat. Both guys were so nice and answered all of my questions. Install was quick and both guys gave me new thermostat instructions, explained how furnace works, and air conditioner efficiency.
