I highly recommend Aaron Hinman, who did annual AC maintenance with excellent thoroughness. His service was outstanding compared to last year's maintenance from other place.
Update: not sure what they did but ever since that service visit, when my AC is winding down, it vibrates the whole house. Original: I have been with them since at least 2018 and subscribed to their "Comfort Club" membership where I pay every month to get a discount on services when needed and "routine maintenance checks". Aaron came out to look at our heat pump, looked at the problem told me the options and since he was here also serviced our furnace. Was very nice and patient.
Heat pump died 4 years in; Warranty didn't apply; Zero flexibility. After successfully accomplishing a challenging installation, with a good bid and good communication, I was hopeful about this company. Unfortunately the unit died 4 years in. They offered me a very expensive repair (almost 5K) or a new unit for about 10K. I asked if they would do it at cost because they installed the defective unit, but the rep said there was "zero flexibility." I was disappointed that they did not stand behind their product.
