Heat pump died 4 years in; Warranty didn't apply; Zero flexibility. After successfully accomplishing a challenging installation, with a good bid and good communication, I was hopeful about this company. Unfortunately the unit died 4 years in. They offered me a very expensive repair (almost 5K) or a new unit for about 10K. I asked if they would do it at cost because they installed the defective unit, but the rep said there was "zero flexibility." I was disappointed that they did not stand behind their product.
Prompt, cool trucks, nice schedulers, great information about tech before they arrived with an identifying picture. So great communication. Unfortunately, contractor was just okay. Good information, but outlandish pricing and scant willingness/enthusiasm to take on more than maintenance and vaguely rude when asked to explain details of job. Called on a Sunday afternoon during one of the hottest days of the summer, with no AC, and they had Craig out to my house within 20 minutes - incredible response time! Craig was professional, friendly, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Had everything working perfectly within 30 minutes of arrival. Left the work area spotless like he was never there. Exactly what you want in an emergency repair service. Highly recommend!
All of the people we dealt with were amazing, friendly, and professional. Aaron came out looked at my ac, explained all my options and arranged for a new ac to be installed the next week. Craig and Steven were the people installing the ac and furnace. They arrived on time, kept me informed during the entire process. They cleaned up everyday when they left. If you need any heating or cooling services i 100% recommend them. You will not be disappointed
