Had a tech come out in Jan 2024 (Joey) to check on a heat pump not starting. He seemed confused as to why the unit stopped working while he was looking into the air handler in the attic. After about an hour, he stated that the compressor was running the wrong sized capacitor. I let him know that his coworker was out a year before to replace the fan motor and never said anything. I hate leaving a bad review but I feel like I have no choice. I have been trying to get my air conditioner problem fixed since May. It took awhile (and a few hundred dollars) before they identified the problem was a vent underneath my manufactured home (which I had been telling them all along). They said they would get someone out in a couple of weeks. It's been more than 6 weeks now. I keep calling and they keep telling me I'm on the list. It's 88-90 degrees in my kitchen every day. So if u have no money to pay at the time u can try to qualify my elderly dad could not qualify had no money for a down payment but could definitely make monthly payments to pay it off so the young man that was helping my dad called the owners and they refused to not let my dad do this and he had no AC so we went went a different company and they gladly worked with with my dad and my dad was a even able to pay them off faster than what was expected thank God some people have a heart and not always about that dime

72 Degrees Service tech, David G., came out to check out one of our mini-splits. David, just as all the service techs for 72 Degrees we have dealt with, was on time, respectful, very knowledgeable, patient and eager to share his experience with the unit. We learned how to clean the drain and filters and he was so patient with our questions. Thank you 72 Degrees for having such quality employees on your team! The Manley’s
