My son has been coming here since he was just 10 weeks old, and I still remember how scared I was to leave him that very first day. From the beginning, the staff has given me nothing but confidence and peace of mind through the love, support, and amazing care they’ve shown him. WORST daycare in town. The Director & staff very unprofessional & incompetent. feels like the employees they hire are just there for a paycheck, not because they genuinely care for your child. my son attended this center for over a year, the second i pulled him & put him else where he all around & seems so much happier ! i would leave 0 stars if I could. They clock the workers out without telling them. One of the children had scabies and was allowed back the next day with minimal cleaning and in turn exposing all the other children and teachers. The 4s classrooms are absolutely disgusting.
My kids went here for about a year and half. Multiple issues from policies changing and not being notified to one of my children being without clothes (never updated the app to let me know she needed more because I never got the soiled clothes at pick up). My child sat NAKED for 5 hours before a teacher messaged me. The director did NOT call me to let me know when I work across the street and could have ran home a lot sooner.
