This was hands down the best experience I've had with a local business in my life. I called the first Google search for a plumber in my area (Patterson Plumbing) and had a horrible experience. They told me they would have to dig outside to fix a clogged line and quoted me $2100. I told them no and I searched Google and called around to find someone who would run a snake.
