Heidi Gravert worked very closely with our realtor and mortgage company to provide service and a rate that made our dream come true of moving into a Denver Victorian. Heidi covered all the options, and the task of loading documents was easy, and she and Joshua Steele have an outstanding follow-up and proactive presence. Heidi even made setting up a HELOC extremely easy. If we need financing again, we'd go back to 719 and Heidi.
