After speaking with Noah Barger, he met me onsite and offered a fair price within 24 hours (the amount was actually more than I had planned on listing it). He was professional and friendly, and helped answer all of my questions. Azza then guided me through the rest of the process, which included settling on a closing date of my own choosing.
