I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been ordering here for years but after this last order, never ever again. Stay away from them. I placed an order for tickets “after hours” according to the “owner” and they said those tickets were sold and that my “order” wasn’t an order, it was a “request.” Shame on them because no where on their website does it say this. The website was down, but I really appreciated that they were still able to assist me via email. I can be pretty indecisive, so it was great that they sent me multiple options to review at my own pace—I probably would’ve spent an hour on the phone otherwise. Once I narrowed it down to the section, row, and price I wanted, the follow-up phone call only took about two minutes to finalize everything. Big shoutout to Taylor for helping me find the perfect ticket. I truly appreciate the excellent service—thank you!
A really great and easy to use service with a wonderful phone staff. It's so hard nowadays to get any customer service at all on the phone, and every time I call into 714Tickets to order tickets, there's always a friendly and helpful voice on the other side of the line.
I bought hockey tickets here, it was great. Quick, easy and friendly staff. This works great for people like me who don't like buying tickets on line.
