Great workers... they love to help anyone... in my mind that's great customer service
I was heading home from a music festival with a friend when my check engine light started flashing. Happened to drive by 710 first. It was actually closed, but we were fortunate enough to catch Mike and a few of the techs. They were THE BEST and offered to help us out anyway since we were far from home. Mike ran a diagnostic test and was able to fix the problem on the spot. Thanks again for taking time out of your day, guys! We made it home safely!
Been sitting here for over an hour (just about two hours) waiting for this tire change, another customer comes in and both employees stop working on ours and help them instantly. Terrible service
