Lots of crime and not safe! Also doesn’t support the police at all! This complex doesn’t care about the safety of residents! My husband is a police officer and lord does this complex have a lot of crime! We ourselves were threatened and harassed to no end and due to my husband being threatened because of his occupation we were not allowed to break our lease. We paid thousands for our safety and the ability to move. It was very scary and sad. This place was great until blue ridge bought it.

Moved here Mid October 2019. We have had to deal with individuals below us smoking weed at all times of the day and it stink our place beyond belief!! Nothing more than emails sent, letters placed on doors has occurred. You call inform of the issue happening during business hours, request someone come up and smell themselves. No one comes, no response to numerous emails sent, etc. It is not legal in NC and we should not have to deal with this ongoing issue. Something needs to happen and ASAP!! RecommendedThe area is great. Staff is very good. Maintenance respond almost immediately. I have been here 4 years and the only problem I have encountered is people parking in my reserved paid parking space. Not to worry though, Tow service works!
There are always loud parties going late into the night at the pool. And if you have a maintenance issue good luck getting someone to come out and take care of it average wait time 3 plus weeks. Parking is horrible. Multiple vehicles belonging to the same apartment take up all the parking, you're only allowed two parking spots yet people have five six vehicles here.
I love it here! Parking is some what an issue, but other than that great place.
