I can’t recommend 702 Fitness more! I wish I could give them 100 stars! Kass worked with us to get a stationary bike and a treadmill. The bike was delayed through no fault of his, and he did everything he could to make it right. He really went above and beyond and we couldn’t possibly be happier! The machines are in excellent condition. Kass helped us with delivery and set up, and he ensured that everything was just right. The pricing was amazing and more than fair. I purchased a commercial grade treadmill from Kass and have had nothing but problems with it. It has maybe 20 hours on it and has never worked correctly. The belt stops working and every time I turn the fan on or adjust the incline and I’ve just been told to do a hard reset. I wish I had just bought a treadmill from Costco or any other place with decent customer service.

10/10 business. The buying process was good and then I had an issue a little over a month later and he was very prompt and swapped my machine out! I cannot recommend him enough as a great place to buy exercise equipment from.

Fantastic prices !!! Super Customer service from Kass. He pulled out many bikes until we found the one we loved. He even moved furniture when he delivered it and patiently demonstrated the workings.
