The community is great here. Very good for families. People are kind and respectful, feels safe. Plenty of nearby parks excellent for walking or bbqs, biking and events. Parks are clean and well maintained. Really good schools nearby and close proximity to doctors offices accepting new patients and medical centres and pharmacy. Close to gas stations, shopping centres and malls plus subway and downtown Toronto are only a 5-10min drive. Plenty of trees and fresh air. The worst place ever Cockroaches filled in the building and management is so lazy Half of the elevators don't work Have to wait for 30 mins just to get from 4th floor to lobby (Can't use stairs due to my kids stroller) They keep on putting the elevators out of service or on maintenance. 0 stars for the worst building
This building is in very poor condition overall. There is a serious mice infestation, with mice and droppings inside units. This is a health hazard. The issue has been reported multiple times, but management keeps sending pest control for basic treatments that do not solve the problem.
