RecommendedI have lived at 7001 for a little over 2 years and absolutely love the place! The staff are so friendly and always greet me by name and ask how I am doing. They have been very communicative during COVID-19, including a personal call to touch base and see how we are doing/feeling. They are also quick to repair anything needed. The green space is such a delight since we are surrounded by buildings & construction in Bethesda. I highly recommend 7001!
Paper thin walls and a non-existent staff. They can't keep a property manager and you hear every single thing your neighbors say and do....
They are not reasonable at all. Over priced with small rooms. I know more affordable places than these. Plus if you're a minority you won't stand a chance unless you make a six figure salary. They are not friendly. Very racist and rude. Meridian apartments treat you better than them. Awful awful awful
