Me and my roommates love living at The Tate on Howard!! If you go to Western Michigan University it’s right across the street, making it a very walkable distance to get to classes. I love how cozy my room feels, and our den makes for a great place to hangout with friends. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!
I haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve had a really great experience so far. The staff has been super friendly and helpful — they’ve made everything easy and stress-free. The apartments I toured were really clean and way more spacious than I expected. Everything looked well taken care of, and the vibe of the whole place just felt right.
Management actually cares about our living experience! Also, the pool and hot tub are such a nice thing to have during the summer! They also host a few events during the year!!
I love it here, the apartments are nice, clubhouse and pool is always clean, and Maintence is always so helpful!!
Maintenance team and office team are very nice and quick with responding to problems or question in the apartment. Plus great access to campus! I love living here and has made my college journey so much easier/better <3
