I am in the process of moving out of 700 Riverchase after over 7 years. This place has been by far the best for exactly what I needed. The managers really care about the community, and not only how it looks, but they also really care about making sure everyone is cared for and looked after. Maintenance is top notch - they had to re-key my apartment just last night, and it took 10 minutes. This is a place that really feels like home when you're there. Living at river chase apartments has been the best experience. I have rented from different companies and this one has been by far the best. The environment is great along with the people. The manager, Crystal, is beyond helpful and would give someone the shirt off her back. She is truly a blessing and helps as much as she can! I would recommend living here as it is a great environment.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience thus far with this property. We moved from Knoxville down to AL this week and with all the help from Crystal, this has been such an easy transition. Her communication is top tier and she’s responded back to me so promptly it’s amazing! I could not recommend this place enough. Thanks for everything and I look forward to seeing how this lease turns out!
Can’t say enough great things about the management team here. Crystal is great and goes out of her way to ensure everyone has a great experience living here. Vince and John on the maintenance team are two of the kindest individuals out there. If you have any issue at all they are going to fix it ASAP and answer any questions you have, whether it’s 3 pm or 3 am!
