My 7to7 is located in ****** *****.When I first walked in, I was greeted by ****** and *****. Very professional with the best attitudes.They checked in with ************** and great Custmor Service.I waited only 5 mins.Then ****** took me to my room. She went to get *************. They both very attentive which always makes me comfortable.I never liked going to the dentist. That has changed since i game to 7 to 7
Very deceiving. They took money out my account didn't have service done.

<p>Patient signed up for the financing and knew it was a third party because the patient fills out the contract themselves, we just let the patient know it is a finance company we partner with, the name of the company is different, the logo is different. So I do not agree that we were deceitful in anyway, especially since the patient is signing a contract and agrees to terms. If I could give it a minus I would. Had an appointment day before yesterday They took a bunch of Xrays. I went in for a cracked tooth. So I was in the chair for 2 hours and the dentist came in and went over my plan. They said they would check my benefits and call me with what it would cost for a crown and a deep cleaning. They have not called me back. They also had a dentist come see me that wasnt in my network I feel like I was just a number there. I have ************** so my cleaning would be covered. I have to agree with all the other comments, this is all about the money they can make, not about the patients they can help. They told my husband they needed to make a new bridge for him, and did such a horrible job, matching up the color of his ceramic bridge to his teeth color..it didn't even fit properly, and they had to cut his gum to make it fit correctly. I am having a horrible experience at 7 to 7 alamo ranch. They did two fillings on me almost exactly a year ago, august of 2021. I was in a lot of pain these past few weeks and it turns out I needed a root canal done. While they were doing the root canal, the other filling came off! There was decay under this one as well. I had to pay out of pocket for this root canal ($1,400) which is proving to be due to the two bad fillings they did. Now Im in horrible pain just days before my wedding. I was given a voucher and referred to 7 to 7 Dental on ***********, *********** to have a specific procedure done. I was seen 5 months ago. Dr. said I needed more work than the voucher allowed. Someone at 7 to 7 dental office (prob coordinator ) sent a letter to my provider stating just that. According to my provider the dental office did not justify the request for a bigger voucher. Went to 7 to 7 dental near alamo on September 17 2021 courtesy of the VA Dental Program. I am a 100% disabled veteran and due to overwhelming numbers at the VA I was cleared to have my dental work done in the community. I could not eat on my right side at the time and was authorized to have crowns filings and implants etc. They did not call me back until November 27th each time I went there was always some discrepancy with seeing me. I went to 7 to 7 Dental on Braun Rd because I was having sensitivity on my back teeth. When I got there they immediately took XRays. I then saw a hygienist who examined my teeth. She told me I had plaque and probably needed a deep cleaning but that she would let the Dr. examine me. He took a quick look and said he didn't see any immediate issues.
