Scammers 100%, I never was notified when I signed up for the dental plan that it was a one year contract, now they're telling me I can't cancel until February. That is insane. SMH. Do not sign up for their dental plan. Then I proceed to an appointment and they make me reschedule twice, and once I sat in their office in the chair for an hour and then they tell me oh we're short staffed an hour after I'm in the procedure room, then the second time on the way to my appointment they made me reschedule, like I have all day to jus... read more
This location was very good until recently. After my most recent visit, I was told to "wait for somebody to come get you", but I ended up waiting for 20 minutes and nobody came. I got up from the chair and went to speak with the front desk, where I was rudely told "go back and sit down, somebody will get you". No apology, no attempt to find someone who can check me out, no attempt to explain the delay, nothing. At 5:30pm, my bridge came off and I had an important meeting the next day. I called my nearest 7 to 7 Dental and Orthodontics to see if they could get me in and get my bridge cemented back on. They were able to get me a. 6pm appointment thank goodness. Dr. Ruptier made sure that everything under the bridge was still healthy and they even polished up my bridge and cemented it back on for me. I was out the door by about 6:55. This place put my life at risk and caused me physically pain. only concerned about finances. They used a bait and switch tactic They injected pain medication in to tooth then stop the procedure because I didn't qualify for the funding they needed complete the procedur ask me for immediate cash payment or i should leave. The doctor not even give me medicine for pain because her license just got moved to the state and she did not have authority to write Tylenol 3 Scripts.
