My visit today was disappointing. When I was taken back for my appointment, the technician had difficulty understanding what I was trying to explain, which made communication challenging. When the orthodontist came in, I shared a few concerns, but they weren’t really addressed. I was told everything would be handled at the next appointment, and I left feeling like my concerns weren’t heard. This was one of the better cleanings I have had in a long time.
My consultation visit with Dr. Crusco was a success. I walked away with clarity and the information I needed. His staff, from the reception to the assistants, Tanya, Jazmine and two other wonderful ladies were thoughtful, friendly and professional from beginning to end. Thank y’all for your kind service.
