Never an issue! Great techs!!! Making an appointment is best! $82 for Acrylic gel fill and pedi gel! Well worth it. 1.5 hours total.
The people at this establishment work as hard as they can with what they are given. they are understaffed but still try to fit people in who don’t have appointments. it can sometimes take a minute to get your service finished but they do an AMAZING job with anything you ask for. even if it’s something they’ve never done before they will get it done for you. i never go anywhere else to get my nails done because 7 star give such great quality! EVERY SINGLE TIME!
I love this place, I stopped in the a couple weeks ago on the way home from a road trip. My normal guy is so hard to get into so I was winging it and I am so glad I did!! I now drive an hour just to have my nails done. Holly rocks at every design she does an and Alex does Amazing work as well, I haven't had service from anyone else but I'm sure it's just as great!
I had an appointment booked for my a full set and a pedicure, when I arrived for the appointment they sat me down for the service and the woman I was w Supposed to be working with sat across from me on her phone for 5 or so minutes and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. The woman was Holly and I asked her for the full set and she was honestly just so rude. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for two full sets at 6 PM. When we arrived, they told us they only had time for one, and my mother was unable to get her nails done! The appointment clearly being made for both of us. To make matters worse, one of the employees had the nerve to suggest that my Mother just gets a pedicure instead while we were there. The staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, and very rough ( Holly was the lady that worked on me) during the service. It felt like they only cared about making money... read more
