The lady that did my pedicure was not friendly at all and it was painful, and then the lady at booth number 4 was very rude, been going here for years . But will definitely find a new place to go . The only one nice is Alex .

I usually go here to get my nails done but this time they were extremely rude and Judgmental the moment I walked in the door. It’s very unprofessional to talk about a paying customer to another customer in front of the person. They made me so uncomfortable and was charged more this time for nothing no different I get done any other time.

I used to love 7 Star. But I won't ever come back after how I was treated here. There is no reason to yank someone's hands and completely ignore the customer the entire service and not listen to what I wanted. I used to talk so highly about this place, now I'm embarrassed if any of my friends received this treatment afterwards.

After being a loyal customer to your place of business since you guys opened I’m utterly disgusted at how I was treated today when I came back in to have you fix my daughters nails. I confirmed today with Holly that did her nails yesterday, if my daughter asked for the “3D” flower (see inpso pic below) She said yes. Never an issue! Great techs!!! Making an appointment is best! $82 for Acrylic gel fill and pedi gel! Well worth it. 1.5 hours total.
