They deserve 10 stars! There’s no other agency in the state that provides the quality of compassionate care the way 7 Sisters Homecare does. From vast and helpful knowledge of the VA system, to end of life care for a loved one. Their caregivers are knowledgeable, well trained, and provide the most compassionate and loving care. I’d trust all my loved ones with them.
Seven Sisters hired me as a caregiver, and have been kind and supportive throughout the process. They incorporate communication and resources as support. They have a high standard of care, treat employees as valued members of the team and we all work to provide the best of care. I have done many jobs in senior living, this is my favorite one. Definitely recommend
Unfortunately my father became sick with dementia and this group became involved with his care with our support in the beginning. Once they had a foot in the door they have been dishonest and manipulative and refused even life long friends to visit him or even talk to him on the phone. We had to have a court order to even have phone contact with our father and they still refuse to even follow the order.
