Using a fake email to hide my identity. I’ve lived here for multiple years and the first year was great. Over the course of the 2nd year it has gone down hill. I do not believe this building is worth the monthly rent. There are constant issues with the building whether it’s the elevator, shuttle, packages, or amenities. Families overrun the rooftop where kids leave their toys all over the roof making it unenjoyable for everyone else. Absolutely love living here! It is in a great location, the amenities are gorgeous and everything is a convenient walk away. The staff is awesome and always very helpful. All Maintenance issues have been responded to within a few hours of my request being put in. I have yet to have a complaint and been living here 2 years!
