This building has unfortunately seen a significant decline in quality and safety, especially over the past year. Using my secondary account to protect privacy. Very overpriced for the quality. The walls are paper thin, I wake up to my neighbors conversations daily. It is like there isn’t a wall between units. The security is lacking - we have problems with non tenants entering every weekend and using the amenities, throwing things off the balcony, being extremely loud late at night.
