Paul, the owner, is solid. I've rent from him for years, have several locations with him. Always works with me on any issues.
The owner Paul Waggener is the horrible landlord and extremely disrespectful to women. He has verbally assaulted my wife in person and over the phone. By signing a lease with this individual/company you are putting the success of your business at risk. STAY AWAY!!!!
I’ve been a tenant of 7 oaks for years and have always been treated great. They are quick to fix any issues with have with property and and have always helped us when we are in need of anything.
I worked for a business that was a tenant here for the last 2 years and now I myself am a tenant. Nothing but good things to say. Properties are clean, nice, and well maintained. The owner is great, and if there’s ever any issues they are fixed right away.
