I went to this place and grab a jasmin milk tea with no ice and because I said no ice they gave me less cause Edwin the cashier says it was like that cause I ask for no ice its so weird never ever had this experience before at this location please educate your staff about the serving portions I never order Jasmin ice tea I order a jasmin milk tea contains milk no ice I paid for a large one but I received less this time

Lid was kind of warped so made it kind of ugly and sus to drink — warning when they say you can control the sugar level for Vietnamese coffee, easy sweet is still really sweet like 85% sweetness compared to standard boba sweetness but I was warned there was no sweetness % control for this I wish I was warned that it would be just like normal viet coffee sweetness

We ordered two large Japanese matchas through the drive-thru. The staff was kind and quick, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, both drinks were not good even after asking for them to be remade. After thoroughly shaking the cups, they were still overly milky with very little matcha flavor and extremely sweet. There was also a lot of granulated sugar that you could feel in every sip, which made them difficult to enjoy.
