I experienced poor customer service today (drive-thru), particularly regarding communication and appreciation. Proper training for your staff is essential for a successful business. I paid for my coffee; I wasn't asking for it to be free. Please be courteous to your customers. I definitely won't be returning, and I can assure you that none of my friends will come here either. Service: 0/100.

Check this out! As a foodie, I'm open to try new things. Tried the Vietnamese Cold Brew from this place, and it was a hit! I also tried the Green Tea, and it was just as tasty. Not sure if any of their flavors would be a disappointment. I do know, I'm here for it & ready for more!
Delicious.. and I've been to most of the ones where all this started in Orange County, California...
