Always a delightful treat... and the macaroons are amazing
Coffee is good. I do have an issue with their “policies”. First time there was great. Probably a new guy making a customer happy. Second time ordered same drink and the cup was filled to the top with ice. Three sips and the drink was gone. The following time went and remembered not to mess up the order and asked for light ice. The cup was filled halfway with ice. When I asked for them to remake it they said coffee is set to stop at 3/4 full leaving empty space like a Doritos bag. I was stopping by the other day to pickup an online order my friend had placed and I left feeling really disrespected and unwelcomed by one of the employees im not sure if this is something that usually takes place but she seemed like she was in a rush and didn't want to help me. I'm pretty sure her name was either Diana or something but it seemed like she did not want to be there at all. I usually hear great things about this place but that didn't seem to be the case for when I came
They close they're drive thru way earlier then the closing time. Disappointing staff
Drinks were just ok nothing good or bad, the service was terrible we ordered a drink and something tasted off and asked to exchange it they said no so we had to purchase another drink and then threw my old drink out without asking me if i still wanted it even though i paid for it 😭 smfh
