Management needs to get better at staffing. There’s a serious under staffing problem here all the time. When I come here there’s literally one person taking orders from the counter AND drive thru AND making drinks. With the amount of volume this place is getting, the owners and management can definitely afford to properly staff this place The workers are great though. Owners and management, do better, pay better. Workers if you’re seeing this, consider UNIONIZING
10/10 experience! Team member Bianca definetly deserves some recognition. They went the extra mile to satisfy a drink for my partner.
This is the worst location. I showed up 4 different times to get a coffee and strawberry macarons. Guess what they ALWAYS say. We don’t have any strawberry or they’re all sold out. How are you sold out and have none when I’m the 1st customer. Seems like they’re saving them for themselves. Don’t recommend.
