The menu says my drink will have real passion fruits in it. I can’t see it. Can you see it? The sugar level can’t be adjusted and I wasn’t told when I ordered it :( it turns out super super sweet.

I don't often leave bad reviews until they are really earned, but this place crossed that line. Context: we drink boba/teas all over Houston, so we have certain expectations of chains to perform similarly... This location just fails miserably compared to its former self and other 7leaves in Houston. Twice now, with intervals of a week, we ordered the same exact Jasmine tea that we always do, and it comes out like a disgustingly sweet syrupee water with little tea and an overload of sugar. What’s the point in ordering online ahead when you have several groups come after you and they all get their drinks before you. You ask about your drinks and they tell you it’s coming and yet still groups that come in after still get their drinks again before you. Stupid. And the employee just laughs it off before going back in to make the drink after bringing up a complain a second time about where our drinks were. Took 20 min to get our house coffees when we’re one of the only people in at the time.
Love the flavor of their milk tea. Jasmine milk tea with standard (50%) sugar was delicious! Also neat / simple interior
