Best place to get coffee or tea!
I've been a regular customer since 2020, but had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. After placing our order, the front desk employee left our drinks near the lid station and went outside to talk with friends. A second staff member began serving customers who arrived after us, looked at our drinks and at us, but chose to ignore us. Worst 7leaves location!!! I’ve been a loyal 7leaves customer since 2016, always promoting them to friends and family. Over the pandemic I noticed places have been skimping. Today, my usual House Coffee was not even filled half way!! I mentioned it to the clerk and she didn’t care to take care of it, stating this is not how we do it here. She decided to charge me extra, hence full cup in photo after extra charge. It’s no wonder the Phin Smith nearby is winning crowds over.
