I would not recommend wasting your time with this agency. I left messages about land they had listed and they were unresponsive. They must just be part time occupation agency. Certainly not professional realtors.
We bought a house through Brad Mays at 7 Lakes Realty and it was truly a wonderful experience. Brad was very receptive and very patient with us. He must have shown us 50 houses and when we found the one we wanted he assisted us through the process. He worked with our Mortgage Broker and Insurance Company and was an asset to us. We are from Ohio looking for land in TN. Brad took good care of us even though we weren't buying a home. His selection of land was nicer than some of the other realtors we worked with in the area and we ended up buying the first 40 acres he showed us although he showed us about 5 locations. He was patient and spent most of his Saturday showing us all over the Lexington area even though we were strangers from Ohio. He's a good guy.
