I recently closed a deal using Mrs. Buchanan as my realtor. It was the single worst business experience I have ever had. The entire deal was handled unprofessionally and unethically. She happened to be familiar with the seller's realtor and with the current lessor of the property I purchased. She was more involved in representing their interests than her own client.
