It was my first time to do car service at this place. Actually, my first time to service my own car coz my husband usually does it, so I didn't know what to expect. Lamonte made my experience so nice! He explained every bit to me. I was so impressed. Then I was given a pass for a free wash. I went back yesterday and I couldn't find my pass. I suggested paying out of pocket but the supervisor said it wasn't necessary. He told the crew to go ahead a d wash the car. Its a clean place. They don't dry your car on express washes. Need to be more professional on the front end.
