I went to get a car wash and decided to get a monthly membership. Jason the manager helped me out. The car wash is very nice and has friendly staff. I did have an issue with waiting almost half hour for Jason to come out with my sticker for fast pass. Car wash only had a few cars out and I still had to wait. Not very professional. Other than having to wait I had a good experience with the car wash.
Going on Vacation and wanted to pause service for three months. 7 Flags hands me a card and says they can't do it and I have to do it online. Customer service reaching new lows!
