I was very disappointed in the taste and appearance of the exclusive coffee yesterday morning. The coffee was very dark and didn’t taste very good. Needless to say I didn’t purchase a cup that morning.

Hi Michael. I was notified with you complaint and investigated. Our Brewer wasn't set up correctly , it was set up to fill half of the coffee urn instead of the full, hence the coffee was twice as strong as it should be. It happened because the service technician did not set the brewer back to its recommended settings. We resolved the issue right away after your complaint. Thank you for bringing it to our notice, Hopefully you will be back for a better cup of coffee.
