I was traveling from LA to San Bernardino and I needed to use a restroom, I search on Map for the nearest gasoline station it gives me this 7-Eleven station on the 4th st. I was in very bad situation, I asked the employee a permission to use their restroom, he claim that it is closed and he doesn't have a key, I told him what you will do if you are inbthe same situation, he replied He doesn't know what to to do?????

In March 2025, I experienced a hazardous gasoline spill at 7-Eleven Store #33547, 1544 E 4th St, Ontario, CA. A malfunctioning pump sprayed fuel directly onto me. I left the store soaked in gasoline without being offered any help or cleanup support by staff. I drove nearly two hours home while reeking of fuel. Spanish cashier discriminated against an african american male.He was trying to shop and had just come from another store and was refusing to allow him to shop with a bag on.There was no signage saying that either.She needs to be retrained or fired because to refuse service over having a bag is crazy.He was the only african american in the store and all the spanish people were allowed in with their bags and were able to shop with no issue at all.The entitlement with the spanish interactions with black people are very bad yet... read more
My partner came in here to grab something to eat for us , and he noticed they were out of nacho cheese, and told the worker. They straight up had an attitude and looked so bother , so he ended up leaving cause the guy didn’t want to refill it. Please work on your attitude especially if you’re supposed to be helping customers.
