They were unable to print a receipt for my gasoline purchase inside or at the pump. Unacceptable.
Worse service, try to use the tire pressure air, won’t work and don’t try to understand or help..
Ok first of all, this isn’t a 7-Eleven anymore it’s an On The Run. Which was fine until about two weeks ago when they decided to start closing at midnight, much to the surprise of people like me who Iive down the street in a neighborhood lacking in convenience stores, let alone ones that are 24-hours. I was needing cash back & was told I could only do $10 cash back. I’m assuming it’s bc I had a water…but I was also wanting to get gas. $10 for gas then $10 for quarters for my laundry. The older white dude who works in the AM had an attitude with me when I cashed out bc after he gave me my total….when I told him I also needed cash back….he was all huffy & puffy telling me how I was supposed to do it on the screen when the screen never even gave me the option.
