Customer service is terrible. And the indian man thats always in there wearing the same yellow shirt, will profile people. And follow you around. Its dirty. Floors are dirty. Everything is dirty and dingy. I was a frequent customer but this store doesn’t deserve my money. At all.
I just left 7-11 on north Polk Street in Pineville NC ! My husband frequent's this awful 7-11 and it was my first time.Upon entering , I went to the back of the store to get a few Cokes but this very darkined black lady was in front of the case I needed to get the Cokes out of so I stood there staring at the floor thinking, she'll be finished in a moment. Worst 711 I've ever been to. The boy cashier was so disrespectful when picking up an order today. Left me furious! I told him I was picking up an order and his exact words were "You gone have to wait over there or something" I said excuse me and who are you talking to like that. Is this how you talk to customers? He then says, "well what did you want me to say?"
