Everyday I go to a 7 eleven..I purchase 99 cent refill with my refill cup purchased from 7 11...this specific 7 11 tried to charge 1.70 and when I questioned it they claim that's the price and since I didnt want to pay they EMPTIED my cup...customer service MANAGERS!!! TODAY I WENT TO A DIFFERENT 7 11 CHARGED 99 CENTS.. REALLY I KNOW ITS ONLY 70 CENTS? PRINCIPLE!!!! AGAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!
Let me first start this one saying it before anyone else does... this is partially my fault.. for several reasons.. I know.. and I have learned my lesson.. lol My dog chewed my charging cord for my phone.. so on our way home I said to my husband.."Run in 711 real quick and grab us a few. Great staff a lady named Kim helped me and she was so sweet and very helpful. I wish more people had her positive attitude. Her positivity was infectious. She deserves a raise!
