I went for a full-body massage yesterday around noon; I was attended to by a young woman, but the whole session ended less than 15 minutes after it began. I asked for her name as I left—she said it was Ella—and I was absolutely furious; she seemed busy and clearly couldn't wait for me to leave. I met Cici today, and she gave me a fantastic massage. It really relieved the pain in my neck and shoulders, which made me very happy. I will definitely come back next time.
