Terrible! Awful customer service. All they care about money and not the children. Wait times are long.
I do not recommend, all they care about is money. They have a new policy.Effective May 01, 2019, 7 DAYS PEDIATRICS will have AFTER HOURS POLICY in full effect, which means that any patient, who is provided services at 5 p.m. and onwards on any Weekdays, i.e. Monday-Friday, Saturdays and Sundays will be charged $20. Most parents look for a doctor with good reviews and night hours.

Stay away from here!!! Dr. Shukla only cares about money!!! She does not care about her patients!! I have called her office 5 times this week alone and have not received one call back. My daughter has the flu and the hospital keeps sending her home the same way that she arrived. She is still sick and her primary has not concern for her health!!!
So my previous review stans. When a parent calls a Dr from the ER they would expect to receive a callback. But, instead, they get a call from a belligerent nurse who has no care or concern for the patient. The practice is all about $$$$$ they charge for everything!!! This is not what a Dr/;s office should be. The nurse (I know her name) was put on speaker phone from the ER and other people in the ER were shocked at her conduct. Been taking my kids to this office for about 4 years & all I can say is that they are great! The nurses, receptionist & doctors! I don't mind the 40 minute drive when I know that my kids are getting the best service !
Dr. Schulka is a very good Dr. But, there are some that do not care about the patient just the $$$$. When a parent calls for the Dr. and never receives a call back that is a problem. When you go to a DR and are stereotyped then it is time for a new Dr and a complaint to the state.
