7D got assigned to us from our home warranty company for our gas heater not working. Clifford was quick to respond, very professional and had fantastic troubleshooting skills. Clifford was also very respectful and clear about schedules, timelines and expectations. Highly recommend.

I called to check when my appointment was because i was told by 2 10 it was today 6/5 and the lady that answered the phone at 7d was super rude. I was told by her demeaning attitude that my appointment was obviously changed to 6/12 without contacting me.
Cliff installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system in the kitchen. I purchased the system online, and sought estimates, including the companies the system seller offered. In the end, I received four quotes from various plumbers. After meeting with Cliff, we decided to go with his company given his knowledge and experience with the products. Clifford came out and figured out the issue with my furnace let me know what the problem was. Very professional highly recommended will continue to call these guys for all my HVAC needs.
