Rude, rude, rude. They came out to work on our HVAC and said they submitted for a replacement unit for us. We hadn’t heard from them in over 2 weeks so my wife called and was met by the rudest customer service I’ve ever heard. While she did say our replacement part was approved by our warranty, she was incredible disrespectful and demeaning to my wife. 7D was recommended to me after buying a new home for the seasonal maintenance for the heating/cooling system. Easy to work with and schedule, very knowledgeable and experienced. Ended up scheduling to have my swamp cooler replaced with refrigerated air, which has been a great decision. I was extremely happy with the work done on my AC unit. The two men were polite and professional. They took extra time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. They fixed issues with my AC that another company couldn’t and I will be calling them next time I need HVAC work done on my home. Highly recommend!
Susan has a attitude and shouldn’t talk to people like that when your name is out in the public! Terrible service and they dont even call To tell you they have to reschedule. Had a straight attitude when I asked if they were actually going to show up. Terrible people terrible service wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Definitely dont go with this shity company if you have warranty work done through your home.
I had a claim through American home warranty and they took the contract and found out I needed a new part after waiting a week for them to see us the part was ordered after another week I herd nothing so I called home warranty and was advised part was there waiting for pick up so I reached out to 7d and spoke to owners wife who advised me that they were looking at inventory and part was there and I should listen to them not some body in the Phillipines and disconnected call when I spoke to someone in USA so her husband calle... read more
