We were lucky enough to find 7D Mechanical back in 2018 through a home warranty claim, and have used them ever since for HVAC maintenance and repairs. Clifford is honest, professional, and does high quality work. These folks were great!! We purchased a water conditioning system for the whole house. I asked the system manufacturer if they could recommend anyone locally that had installed this system. They recommended Cliff, the owner of 7D Mechanical. He came out, gave us a free estimate, and the showed up on time with his helpers. They did an amazing job! The price was fair for top quality work. We highly recommend!!!

Clifford did a fantastic job! Quickly too! Very affordable! I had called one of the big companies and the tech barely looked at it before saying I needed a new furnace. I am a full-time caregiver to my two disabled children and I have a very limited, fixed income. No way I can afford a new furnace. Clifford was able to find a replacement for the ancient blower motor and installed it as soon as it arrived. I am very grateful!

7-D Mechanical was outstanding at quickly diagnosing the problem with our HVAC that we’ve been dealing with for months now. He ordered the part and fixed it. He is honest and knows his stuff and did a great job! Customer Service was excellent as well!!
