AKA MURDERwalk Apartments – BEWARE! This is one of the most unsafe complexes to live in. I lived there for 2 years. I never walked to and from my apartment alone, especially at night. If you have a vehicle, be careful b/c people will probably mess w/it. The door locks are terrible. If someone really wanted to get in there, all they had to do was kick the door in. Unsafe and Dirty – You really have to work to find a more poorly run apartment complex. Owners could care less (apartment managers perhaps). Security is all but nonexistent. Property damage by vandals is routine. Seen people with knives running around, gouging cars and threatening residents. Police routinely at complex for domestic disturbances. The complex is a absolute mess
