A small blonde employee in a purple shirt backed up the line by a good ten minutes right in front of us because she knew the people in the car ahead of us. We finally had to HONK and say, "Excuse me, can we get OUT?!?" Was my favorite coffee place. Lately they keep messing up our drinks when they should be blended. I refuse to go back unless I get a job there. Working, not yacking, backing up the line and then smiling at the people who got upset having to wait.
I’ve been to several 7 brews and this one is so bad. Take forever to greet you and most of the time they skip you to go to another car that arrived after. Feels like a teenager hangout and I’m interrupting them by ordering.
Lady that was taking orders on my line took forever to approve to us!! She preferred to just have a conversation with one customer all the time that I was in line! She took about 20 minutes to approve and great us!!
