I'm not sure what your protocol is for serving customers during the rain, but it definitely needs to be addressed. Your employees don't seem to want to walk out in the rain because they are not offered any protection and therefore they all stand in a huddle and argue about who's going to serve the next customer resulting in customers driving away because they weren't served. The best coffee!! Leslie at the round lake location is the sweetest and I love getting to chat with her whenever she’s working! She has the best coffee recs too!
First time at 7 brew and I loved it! Leslie greeted me and was very helpful at explaining not only the menu, but also the loyalty program for points. She recommended I tried the seasonal pumpkin blondie and it was so good definitely will be coming to try more flavors.
