First time I went to this place, but my experience was amazing, Angel has the best customer service, and even there is a drive-through there that makes you feel like you are at home. I can even explain.
This was a first time here. The line was huge!!!!!!! They took a page out of the portillo's book. Holy cow what should've been an hour wait was about 15 to 18 minutes. The coffee was really good too. !
The management here is a Joke!!! They play favorites with their employees. I’ve seen it first hand as a customer with the drama at this place. Every time I order, I hear employees talking crap about customers, other employees and management. There were a few employees who worked here complaining of being targeted and were eventually fired.
