I visited once and won’t be returning. The staff member taking orders was noticeably rude and seemed irritated from the start. He also leaned excessively into my car through the window, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable. Not even exaggerating, he nearly climbed into it, half his body was inside the car.
Such a great experience everytime! 2 lanes, nicest customer service, yummy drinks and love the atmosphere they bring!
I went to my local 7 Brew and was not greeted with cultivated kindness like they preach. I was given attitude and eye rolling when taking my order. I went today August 14th around 1:20pm this girl had two braids in with a bandanna on with lots of colors and an orange shirt. She was very rude and felt like she didn’t want to be there and taking my order was a burden to her.
honestly done wasting my time and money at this stand. Ive had my order messed up way to many times to continue passing it off. I had my boyfriend order a matcha and he came home with a milk white drink after PAYING a matcha price. Im sick of this stand where they cant read or make an order correctly.
