My son went to7 Brew to get us a drink and bring back to the hospital and the girl messed up on my drink again. Rarely do the get it right. He gave it to me and I was once again disappointed because it was made wrong. I asked him if he asked for frozen, energy, blue raspberry, 2x coconut and cupcake with cream mixed throughout and on top. He said he did. We'll I didnt get what was ordered. Again!! I wish the baristas would pay better attention to customers orders. That's alot of money for a drink for it to be made wrong.

Menu doesn't post prices? No app to see how customizations change price? No menu or features list with the checkout employees (like Chickfila provides)? Menu needs a revamp so it lists sections with all the milks & syrups. Can't find any official syrups or ingredients list? Website says they don't have nutritional info but can calculate individual drinks? Isn't it required on menus now?
I love 7Brew. Great coffee. Great and friendly staff. I'd recommend Lansing 7Brew to anyone!
This place is amazing!! Love the variety of drink choices they have and being able to make your own drinks!!
