I literally am here 2 times a day and never had a problem, unfortunately today I get my same coffee and was handed a drink without a closed lid and drink spilled all over. Not only drenched myself but literally ruined everything in my car along with the car itself. I pulled off to the side literally swimming in sugary drink, and was brought a replacement drink meanwhile my new car is ruined along with my iPad, wallet etc.. just sucks I wasn’t acknowledged and didn’t receive any help.
ordered a mango pineapple smoothie with whip. The flavor I received is peach and it has no whip. The ocean breeze chiller isn’t even blended or slushied. Just a block of ice with the liquid. It seems to always be simple little mistakes at this location. Very disappointed
