I am not a regular 7 brew drinker but I had a drink while in Kentucky and I loved it. I ordered it how I like it and could hear your crew talking shit in how I ordered it. It’s not nice, professional or even called for! Maybe if the guy I ordered it from had told me there is an exact drink I would have loved the education but don’t make fun of someone who didn’t know better. Drinks are hit or miss. The only reason I’m really making this review is because I sat in line to get the little Blondie charm, but since it was 659 and not 7 o’clock on the dot, I couldn’t get one. Which is really upsetting. I go to seven brew often. I just wanted a stupid charm, but my morning is ruined.
had the iced coffe cinnamon roll. good iced coffee nothing crazy .
I love 7brews but this time they weren’t as considerate or understanding. My mother stops at 7brews frequently but never downloaded the app for points & rewards. I downloaded the app for her & explained the benefits in which she was excited for her birthday beverage. We couldn’t make it to this side of town on her birthday & went the following weekend. They wouldn’t honor the birthday drink even tho in previous years they were more understanding. My mother & I were disappointed, maybe we will seek our coffee elsewhere.
It's worth the drive to pass Georgesville and go to the Hilliard location. Smarter, friendlier workers, and better drinks.
